North Cork / West Cork 10:30am
Squad Programme
6 weeks intensive skills and tactical training
Sessions will be 90 minute duration
Players must be in dressing rooms 30 mins before session commences
Inter County Blitz / Munster Blitz
The squad will participate in an intercounty blitz where we will be paired with another county
We will also participate in the Munster Development Blitz in November involving all 6 counties
